Why I built this.

I'm Anthony — longevity coach, formerly Orangetheory head trainer, certified in fitness and health promotion with eight years of coaching experience.

Baseline Assessment

Weeks 1–11

Program Execution

Graduation Re-Assessment

Is the Functional Age score a medical diagnosis?

No. The Functional Age score is a wellness assessment based on five validated movement and physiological domains. It does not interpret blood work, prescribe medications, or replace clinical judgment. AP Performance does not provide medical advice or treat any medical condition. Clients with chronic conditions are required to obtain physician clearance before starting.

How is this different from a personal trainer?

Most personal training is goal-based — get stronger, lose 10 pounds. This is biologically-age based — we move a number that correlates with how long you live. Every program is built around your specific Functional Age weak points and is re-tested at week 12 for a quantified outcome.

What if I have a previous injury or chronic condition?

We work with most pre-existing conditions, but we require physician clearance for any client with active diagnoses (cardiovascular, autoimmune, metabolic, or orthopedic). The assessment screens for movement issues, and programming is scaled to your starting capacity — not a one-size protocol.

What happens if I miss a training session for travel or work?

The compliance requirement is 10 of 12 sessions, not 12 of 12. You have a 2-session buffer for life. If you travel, I can give you a hotel-room version of that week's training. Communication is the only thing that breaks the program.

How long until I see results?

Most clients report meaningful changes in energy, sleep, and recovery within 3-4 weeks. Functional Age changes are quantified at week 12 with the re-assessment. The 5-year drop guarantee is the floor, not the ceiling — most clients in the program move 5-10 years.
