How many push-ups can you do in a single set with good form, without stopping?

Full range of motion, chest to the floor. Knees down counts the same for women.

Step 3 of 10 · Strength — Heaviest Lift
Pick your strongest lift (squat, deadlift, or bench). What's the heaviest you can lift for one rep, relative to your body weight?

Be honest. "Body weight" means the bar weighs the same as you do. Estimates from your last gym session are fine.

Step 4 of 10 · Strength — Pulling
How many strict pull-ups can you do in a single set?

Overhand grip. Chin clears the bar. Full arm extension at the bottom. Women are rewarded heavily for any strict reps.

Step 5 of 10 · Cardio — Endurance
If you had to walk 1 mile right now without stopping, how would it feel?
Step 6 of 10 · Cardio — 1-Mile Time
Honest answer: how fast can you cover 1 mile, going as hard as you reasonably can?

If you'd run it, that's a run pace. If you'd walk, that's a walk pace.

Step 7 of 10 · Mobility
Stand up, keep your legs straight, and reach toward your toes. Where do your hands stop?
Step 8 of 10 · Balance
Stand on one leg with your eyes closed. How long can you hold without putting your foot down?

Don't lean against anything. Guesstimate if you don't want to test right now.

Step 9 of 10 · Core Stability
Get into a forearm plank — elbows under shoulders, hips level. How long can you hold before form breaks down?

The moment your hips sag or pike noticeably, that's your time. Guesstimate if you'd rather not test right now.
